Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services – Investering en onderhoud Groenmachines

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish Framework Agreements for the purchase and maintenance of Greenmachines that, during the term of the Framework Agreements to be established, meet the minimum conditions for the execution of the contract. For the maintenance of Greenmachines outside the warranty periods per parcel (parcel 1 and 2), the Contracting Authority wishes to have the service performed by the selected Contractor for the relevant parcel. For the purchase of Greenmachines, the Contracting Authority wishes to place Further Orders in the market under the Framework Contractors who have been selected via this European procurement procedure for parcel 3.

Parcel 1: Maintenance of Greenmachines

The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on a contract duration of 4 years, is approximately € 350,000 - € 550,000, excluding VAT.

Parcel 2: Maintenance of Greenmachines

The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on a contract duration of 4 years, is approximately € 400,000 - € 700,000, excluding VAT.

Parcel 3: Purchase of Greenmachines and maintenance during the warranty period

The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on a contract duration of 4 years, is approximately € 750,000 - € 1,500,000, excluding VAT.
