France – Locomotive-substations construction works – Modernisation ligne D - Travaux courants forts traction

This consultation concerns the adaptation and installation works for the traction power supply systems for Lyon Metro Line D. The scope of the contract is detailed in the note "Summary Description of the Contract" annexed to the consultation regulation. This contract is, under Directive 2014/25/EU, a framework agreement. It is a so-called "composite" framework agreement concluded with an economic operator. It includes 2 distinct parts: >A "standard contract" part, >A "framework agreement" part for which the contracting authority uses the technique defined in 1° of Article L2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code. This part is executed by issuing purchase orders as defined in Articles R2162-1 to 6 and 13 to 14 of the Public Procurement Code. The "framework agreement" part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 4,500,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) for its entire duration. The present framework agreement is concluded for a period of 90 months from the date of notification. The framework agreement does not include a renewal period. The execution period for the "standard contract" part is 54 months (excluding warranty period).
