France – Street-lighting equipment – Fourniture de matériels d'éclairage public

A purchasing group governed by the provisions set out in Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) has been established between:

• Régie d'Electricité de Thônes (RET) 10, rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau BP 30 74230 THONES

• SEML Energie et Services de Seyssel (ESS) 32, rue de Savoie BP 5 74910 SEYSSEL

This purchasing group is identified under the reference GC 2026/ MATERIEL EP. RET has been designated as the coordinator of the purchasing group. It is mandated for the award, signature, and notification of the contract, on behalf of and for the account of all the members of the group: a single contract will be established for the two companies listed above. Each member of the group is then responsible for the execution of the contract on their own account. Each member of the group is referred to hereafter as "The Grouping".

The purpose of this consultation is the supply of public lighting equipment.

Place of delivery: department of Haute-Savoie

The procedure for awarding the present contract is the open procedure for the award of contracts, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code.

The contract is a framework agreement which is executed by the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the CCP. Each purchase order specifies the nature and quantity of the materials to be delivered. Purchase orders may be issued until the last day of validity of the contract and are notified to the contractor by RET or ESS as needed.
