Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie ustabilizowanych osadów ściekowych o kodzie 19 08 05 z Oczyszczalni Ścieków Centralna, Miechowice, Bobrek

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the continuous collection, transport and disposal of stabilized municipal sewage sludge with waste code 19 08 05, hereinafter referred to as "sludge", originating from OŚ Centralna, OŚ Miechowice and OŚ Bobrek in Bytom. 2. For sludge originating from Oczyszczalni Ścieków Miechowice, Oczyszczalni Ścieków Bobrek and Oczyszczalni Ścieków Centralna in Bytom, the Contracting Authority allows the following processes: a. in terms of disposal: - R1- mainly use as fuel or other energy source, - R3- recycling or recovery of organic substances, which are not used as solvents (including composting and other biological transformation), however, the Contracting Authority does not allow the R3 process carried out outside installations, or the R3 process, to which directly or appropriately applies art. 96 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, b. in terms of neutralization: - D10 - thermal conversion. 3. The provision of services constituting the subject of the contract in which the Contracting Authority defines the subject of the order as a requirement of an estimated nature. The minimum amount of sludge for collection, transport and disposal as part of the service provision is specified in the contract template (Annex No. 8 to SWZ) and constitutes the minimum scope of the order, which the contractor has guaranteed for implementation. The maximum amount of sludge for collection and disposal specified in Annex No. 8 to SWZ determines the option right under art. 441 of the Civil Code, reserved for the Contracting Authority, which will be implemented on the terms specified in the contract template. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee the implementation of the order within the scope specified by the maximum amount of sludge for collection and disposal. 4. The detailed description and manner of implementation of the order is contained in the contract template constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.
