La Poste and its subsidiary La Banque Postale wish to entrust a qualified service provider with the provision of cash and high-value transport services by helicopter, the management of the central cash desk, and the management of La Banque Postale's automated teller machines for all contact points of La Poste and La Banque Postale located in the department of Guyane. The number of contact points is estimated at 16 and is composed of post offices and postal agencies distributed throughout the department of Guyane. The tender consists of a single lot. The purchasing group is composed of: - La Poste, - La Banque Postale (Company Registration Number 421 100 645, whose head office is located at 115 rue de Sèvres 75 275 PARIS CEDEX 06) La Poste acts as the coordinator of the purchasing group. The processing of data from La Poste and La Banque Postale, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The tender dossier, which will be sent to the selected service providers, will specify the elements related to this requirement. The candidate is informed that they will have to justify, at the time of the award of the contract, the licence to operate air flights.
