France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – ARABIE SAOUDITE – KING KHALED PALACE (RIYADH) - Mission de programmation pour la réutilisation du site

The contract concerns a mission to assist the project owner with architectural, technical, functional, and, where applicable, scenographic programming related to the King Khaled Palace site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including the palace, its gardens, and the adjacent mosque, with a view to the reuse of the site. The present mission covers architectural, functional, technical and regulatory, museographic and scenographic (where applicable) and economic aspects. The programme must describe the technical objectives to be achieved while taking into account the site's operational constraints and identify all the work to be carried out to meet these objectives. The mission is divided into a firm section and an optional section:

Firm section:

Phase 1: Assessment of the current situation

Phase 2: Assistance with the emergence of the idea / Feasibility / Pre-programme

Phase 3: Development of the detailed technical, functional and environmental programme

Optional section: In-depth study of the scenographic and museographic aspects

The contract is a composite contract comprising:

A part treated at lump sums in accordance with the DPGF and corresponding to the services whose execution is engaged upon notification of the contract or upon the confirmation of the optional section.

A part to be ordered at unit prices in accordance with the BPU and taking the form of a framework agreement, for the services that will be the subject of a subsequent order depending on the needs of the OPPIC (additional services and travel to Saudi Arabia). The execution of the services falling under the part to be ordered will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when the needs of the OPPIC arise. The part to be ordered is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum amount set at 50,000 € HT.
