The terms of the framework agreement (contract form, number of holders, thresholds) are set out in the consultation documents. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the notification date. For Lot 1, the framework agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders. For Lots 2 to 5, the framework agreement will result in the award of subsequent contracts. For Lot 1, the framework agreement will be single-award. For Lots 2 to 5, the framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of tenders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum annual amount is 253 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive.
