Poland – Trees – Dostawa i nasadzenia drzew na terenie Gminy Miasto Szczecin (w podziale na części)

The subject of the order has been precisely defined in Annexes 7, 8/I, 8/II, 8/III and 8/IV to the SWZ.

2. Guarantee and warranty:

1) The contractor will provide the offered quality guarantee and warranty period for defects in the completed order subject, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. In the event that during the guarantee and warranty period the tree is replaced with a new one, the guarantee and warranty period for the new tree will not be counted from the date of its planting, but will be continued until the day when the quality guarantee and warranty period for defects in the tree that was replaced expires.

2) During the guarantee and warranty period for defects, the contractor will be obliged to carry out inspections of the planted forest, in accordance with the rules specified in the Detailed Specification of Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works (Annex 7 to the SWZ).

3) During the guarantee and warranty period for defects, the contractor will be obliged to carry out maintenance, as specified in the Detailed Specification of Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works (Annex 7 to the SWZ).

3. The contractor will execute the subject of the order with the highest diligence required from a professional entity providing such work, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the universally applicable legal provisions, as well as with the Regulation No. 140/21 of the President of the City of Szczecin of 23 March 2021 on the Standards of Maintenance, Protection and Development of the Green Areas of the City of Szczecin and the obligations serving their implementation (with amendments), with the SWZ and with the offer, which will be an integral part of the contract.
