The delegate is responsible for the operation and full management of the equipment: - obtaining the operating permit for a special maritime fuel depot at the Port of Conquet from the Customs authorities, - operating the port of Conquet's bunkering assets, facilities, materials and tools at its own risk, - managing the Equipment to meet the service needs related to the tax-free fuel requirements of the shipping companies using the Port of Conquet, - maintaining, maintaining and monitoring the Equipment, - keeping the facilities in compliance with the regulations applicable to this type of installation, - defining and implementing a multi-year investment plan to keep the facilities operational and modernise them; investments that the Delegate must amortise over the duration of the contract, - hiring the personnel necessary for the mission. The Delegate will also ensure: - responsibility for relations with users - responsibility for activities carried out in relation to the standards applicable to this type of Equipment - collection of remuneration for the service provided to users - payment of fees, notably those related to the domain and operation, to the CCI Finistère.
