The future health campus of the city of Cologne in Merheim will concentrate the treatment offerings of the previous hospital locations Merheim, Holweide and the children's hospital Amsterdamer Straße at one location. The aim is to ensure efficient and demand-oriented healthcare by eliminating duplicate structures, driving centralisation and specialisation and simultaneously improving cost-effectiveness. The construction project on the health campus Cologne-Merheim consists in particular of the construction of a new complex, which in turn consists of two units, as well as the renovation, conversion and change of use in the existing buildings 20, 20A and 20B. The details are set out in the tender documents. The subject of the tendering procedure are the services for the specialist planning of the medical and laboratory technical systems for the construction project "Gesundheitscampus Köln-Merheim", consisting of the demand-oriented planning, coordination and integration of the medical technical equipment into the structural, technical and operational structures of the hospital.
