Finland – Cleaning services – Littoisten monitoimitalon siivous- ja ruokapalvelu

Kaarina City's Catering and Facilities Services requests a tender for the maintenance and basic cleaning of the sports facilities, daycare and storage (approx. 2500 m2) and for daycare catering services at Littoisten Monitoimitalo for the period 1.1.2027-31.12.2028, after which the agreement can be extended by the purchaser's decision for two (2) one (1) year options (1.1.2029-31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030-31.12.2030) with the original terms. Decisions on the use of the option periods will be made separately. More detailed descriptions for the production of the service content and quality have been clarified in addition to this tender notice in its annexes. The target will be presented from 24.9.2026 at 15.00. Registration for the presentation event must be made by 21.9.2026 at 12.00. More information about the target presentation and registration can be found in the supplier service section "Procurement". Submission of a tender requires participation in the target presentation, the tender of a bidder who has not participated will be rejected contrary to the tender notice.
