Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Beschaffung einer generativen KI-Plattform

The generative AI platform to be procured shall digitally support administrative tasks, knowledge management, and communication in day-to-day activities, without transferring decision-making responsibility to AI systems. All generated content is subject to human review and approval by the responsible specialist. This will involve the processing of general personal data, case-specific personal data, and special categories of personal data in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR, particularly health data. The total number of user licenses under this framework agreement – including the district and all participating municipalities – shall not exceed 2,500. No further calls will be allowed once this upper limit is reached.
