France – Advisory and consultative engineering services – ASSISTANCE A MAITRISE D'OUVRAGE POUR LE SUIVI ET LE CONTROLE DE LA CONSTRUCTION DE LA NOUVELLE USINE DE VALORISATION ENERGETIQUE DE TOULOUSE

The present contract concerns the support of Decoset in all phases of study, design, implementation, commissioning and acceptance of the new Energy Valorisation Unit of Toulouse (31), for which Evonéo is the Contracting Authority. The works on the current Bessières and Toulouse plants are covered under a framework agreement and are not the subject of this contract. The new plant will be located to the south of the current site on the incinerator bottom ash field, which will be deconstructed in summer 2026 with a transfer of the incinerator bottom ash treatment to the new IME of Muret (31), 11 chemin de perpignan 31100 Toulouse. More specifically, all technical provisions and the description of the tasks are detailed in the CCTP.
