Poland – Teaching equipment – Dostawa pomocy dydaktycznych na zajęcia taneczno-ruchowe w ramach projektu pn. „Nowa jakość edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Kraśnik”

1. The subject of the contract is the "Supply of educational aids for dance and movement activities as part of the project entitled 'New quality of pre-school education in the Municipality of Kraśnik'". 2. The contract is implemented as part of the project entitled 'New quality of pre-school education in the Municipality of Kraśnik', co-financed by the European Funds for Lublin 2021 – 2027, Action 10.2 "Pre-school education", Priority X "Better education". 3. The subject of the contract specifically includes the purchase of educational aids for dance and movement activities along with their delivery to individual kindergartens within the City of Kraśnik. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (including a list of kindergartens to which individual educational aids should be delivered) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. The contracting authority requires that the delivered educational aids, which are the subject of the contract, be factory new, unused, have the required parameters specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), be in an undamaged, technically functional, complete condition, and ready for use, and comply with the standards required by Polish law. The contracting authority excludes after-sales delivery. Educational aids must have the necessary instructions and materials related to their use - in Polish (if applicable), as well as relevant certificates, approvals, and approvals for sale and use in Poland. 6. The delivered educational aids must be of full value and produced in accordance with applicable standards and norms. 7. The subject of the contract must be free of any physical or legal defects and must not be encumbered by any claims of third parties, must not be the subject of a pledge, tax pledge, seizure in enforcement proceedings, and must not be subject to any other action that could result in the assertion of any claims by third parties. 8. Educational aids must meet safety and hygiene requirements and have CE - Conformité Européenne or equivalent marking, must be approved for use by children from the age of 3. 9. Before commencing delivery, the contractor shall submit to the contracting authority, for acceptance, information regarding the offered educational aids (manufacturer, model, technical description/technical card, legally required certificates, approvals, etc. (if required)). The contracting authority will accept the educational aids for delivery within 5 days or submit comments. The contractor may commence delivery of the subject of the contract after receiving acceptance from the contracting authority. 10. The contractor, at least 2 days before the planned delivery, will inform the contracting authority about it, indicating the dates and the estimated times of delivery of the subject of the contract. 11. Delivery of the subject of the contract will take place on weekdays, i.e. Monday - Friday, at times each time agreed with the representative of the contracting authority. 12. The contract also includes all tests of the delivered elements of the subject of the contract to the extent necessary to assess their proper functioning, including connection and start-up (if applicable). 13. The contractor will execute the contract with regard to the provisions of the SWZ, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
