The new detailed development plan for Säterigatan in the Lundby district on Hisingen has come into legal force. The aim is to create a dense, cohesive built environment to better connect Norra Älvstranden with the rest of Lundby. Framtiden Byggutveckling AB has acquired Sannegården 90:3 (area A-D), all of which cover approximately 450 apartments. This procurement concerns area C with an option to also carry out area D. There are also options for underground garages in each area.
