Negotiated procedure with participation competition for the service of building design, Lph. 2 – 9 according to § 34 HOAI: The building at Landwehrstraße 48 is a residential and commercial building from 1960 with residential and commercial use and has significant structural, technical and energy deficiencies. The property has a residential area of 1,158m² and a commercial area of 171m² distributed over 7 full storeys. As part of the project, a comprehensive core renovation of the existing building is planned.
