Netherlands – Construction work – Design & Build Multifunctioneel Cultuurgebouw te Lelystad

The contract involves the design and construction of a multifunctional, culture-related building with its own character adjacent to the existing Agora Theater in Lelystad (see Annex Beeldentaal). The total spatial program to be realized in the new building amounts to approximately 3,000 m2 GFA. The new building will be realized next to the Agora Theater as a multi-storey building, including, among other things, a large and small hall (podium café), balcony, various rehearsal rooms, a reception and catering area with kitchen facilities, various work and office spaces, a loading and unloading facility in direct connection with the existing dispatch space, a workshop and various supporting spaces for storage, technology, etc. The new building must be spatially connected to the Agora Theater to achieve efficient use and operation together. From the enclosed site plan, a possible implementation is given. The total spatial program to be realized in the new building amounts to approximately 3,000 m2 GFA.

Step 1: Task-related budget for fees/advice costs: The client uses a budget with a maximum of € 1,325,000.00 (excl. VAT) for advisory costs.

Step 2: Task-related budget for construction costs: The client uses a budget with a maximum of € 11,000,000.00 (excl. VAT) for construction costs. Task-related budget for Fixed Furnishings (incl. theater technology): € 495,000.00 (excl. VAT).
