Non-open, single-phase, architectural and landscape planning implementation competition, with a pre-selection competition and subsequent VgV negotiation procedure for the new construction of the primary school in the Garten-Quartier in Oberbillwerder - services of the object planning according to §§ 33 HOAI and open spaces according to §§ 38 HOAI

The Oberbillwerder primary school is centrally located in the Garten-Quartier of the newly developed district of Oberbillwerder, Bergedorf district – Hamburg. It is planned to build a new primary school on the approximately 15,000 m² school site. The primary school is to be realized as a 4.5-track primary school. The creation of approximately 5,877.00 m² of building area (GFA) with rooms for general teaching, special rooms, administrative, teacher and communal areas and a canteen is required. In addition, a 1-court sports hall with an area of approximately 660 m² (GFA) is to be realized. The additional sports areas will be created in the form of movement areas of a total of approximately 480 m² within the building (see Phase Zero Report attachment). Oberbillwerder will be a model district for the Active City. Sport and movement are understood as an integral part of everyday life. For this reason, the primary school is being planned as an Active City model school. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2030 and be completed in 2032. The planned construction budget for the building construction, cost groups 200-700, amounts to a total of 28.8 million euros gross. The budget for cost groups 300+400 amounts to 20.75 million euros gross. A budget of 2.90 million euros gross is available for the open space planning. The site will be handed over in a state ready for construction, the costs for this will be shown in another project. The competition procedure is registered with the Hamburg Chamber of Architects under the number NO-03-26-HLRW. The operational implementation is supported by the office D&K drost consult GmbH, Hamburg.
