The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for the supply of medical devices and consumables for anaesthesiology and resuscitation. The term of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is 24 months. Supply of medical devices and consumables for anaesthesiology and resuscitation through a dynamic purchasing system according to the technical specifications detailed in the Technical Annexes to the Invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to the candidates in the second stage of the DPS. The forecast quantities of the products to be supplied will be indicated in the Technical Annexes to the Invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to the candidates in the second stage of the DPS. Due to their forecast nature, the quantities indicated will not represent either a minimum or a maximum total quantity that the Contracting Authority will declare for delivery during the period of execution of the respective contract. Upon execution of the concluded contracts for the supply of medical devices and consumables, the Contracting Authority will declare such quantities of products as it needs, taking into account the volume and nature of the activity it carries out.
