Czechia – Special medical building construction work – Rehabilitační ústav Brandýs nad Orlicí, výstavba nové budovy, KRANIOPROGRAM

The subject of the public procurement is the construction of a new building for the Kranioprogram, which will connect to the existing "Parkpavilon" building via a new corridor, as well as new physiotherapy gyms and administrative spaces. In the basement of the new building, underground parking spaces for patients and employees, and spaces for backup electrical power sources will be created. Furthermore, the subject of the public procurement is the reconstruction of the historical part of the building for the use of freed-up spaces after operations have been moved to the new Kranioprogram building, increasing the capacity of facilities for staff, modernizing operational spaces, and carrying out necessary structural modifications for the communication connection of both buildings. The changes in the existing buildings also include the expansion of accommodation capacities for clients.
