The contract involves the maintenance of various sighting devices of the GTK Boxer system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information in the respective lots is based solely on estimated requirements derived from historical values and includes any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. The upper limit for each order is in any case the total quantity summarized in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
