France – Miscellaneous food products – Fourniture de produits alimentaires frais nécessaires à la confection des repas servis dans les établissements adhérents au groupement de commande

This consultation concerns the supply of fresh food products necessary for the preparation of meals served in the establishments adhering to the purchasing group, whose headquarters is located at the Lycée Francis Jammes d’Orthez. The services will be the subject of framework agreements in accordance with Articles L 2125-1, R2162-1 to R 2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. In accordance with Article R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or prior re-tendering of the holders. To secure the award of this public contract, the minimum and maximum quantities, to which each adherent is contractually committed, are listed in the schedules of unit prices.
