Netherlands – Construction work for school buildings – Integraal Bouwteam Flores

Wanted: an integrated construction team for the renovation of three primary schools: De Binnenstad, De Sterrenkring and Heijenoordschool, located in Arnhem. This involves a clustered contract whereby an integrated construction team, including design and execution parties, is responsible for both the design and realisation of these three projects. In total, this concerns three school buildings: 1 renovation and partial new construction and 2 renovation projects.
