The municipality of Stiefenhofen intends, through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition, to award the design services (LPH 1-9) according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021 for the new construction of the municipal depot with community centre at the sports ground in Stiefenhofen. The commissioning is to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, if the planning and implementation of the construction measure is continued, to call for further LPH (5-9). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction measure. The contracting authority also reserves the right to carry out individual partial services of the HOAI (e.g. in LPH 6-8) in own performance in coordination with the architect.
