The contract concerns "turnkey" services for the mobility of the Ministry of the Armed Forces' staff. This requirement therefore includes at least the following services for each staff member: - co-definition of organisational needs; - advice on optimising and fully organising removals; - technical site visits and needs assessment prior to drawing up quotes - removal of accommodation of various types and locations throughout the country; - possible storage services, as part of temporary rehousing; - delivery of packing supplies related to the removal; - any additional services related to certain particularities of the removal; - provision of a dematerialised platform enabling the Buyer to monitor all services, from the initiation of the request to invoicing; - provision of a dematerialised platform for staff members enabling them to track the removal service from the initiation of the technical visits to the completion of the service.
