Finland – World wide web (www) site design services – Verkkosivustojen suunnittelu-, toteutus- ylläpito- ja hosting -palveluiden puitejärjestely

HUS-yhtymä (hereinafter also the contracting authority or procurement unit) invites tenders for the design, implementation, maintenance and hosting services for websites. The subject of the procurement is divided into two sub-areas: Sub-area 1: Drupal web services Sub-area 2: WordPress web services. A separate framework agreement will be established for each sub-area, with a maximum of three (3) suppliers selected for each. The tenderer may submit their tender for one or more sub-areas and be selected as a supplier for one or more sub-areas. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender documents and its annexes, particularly in Annex 1 "Description of the Procurement and Mandatory Requirements" and Annex 2 "Description of the Services and Service Level Agreements". The framework agreement and priority order are described in more detail in Annex 3 "Description of the Framework Agreement and Priority Order" of the tender documents. The scope of the procurement is evident from the tender documents and their annexes. The procurement unit aims to conclude fixed-term framework agreements of up to four years with the selected suppliers in both sub-areas.
