Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-07 - Tocilizumab

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical enterprises for the active substance Tocilizumab. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating statutory health insurances do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.05.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.04.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. The information provided on the commitment period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form.
