The subject of the service to be awarded is the development and provision of an IT service for the implementation of the National Participation in the Joint Targeting Process. This IT service provides the following capabilities for the Advanced Target Development: - High-precision coordinate determination (Target Coordinate Mensuration - TCM) with the ability to view the underlying aerial/satellite imagery in three dimensions, - Effect-oriented selection of munitions (Weaponeering) and - Collateral damage estimation: Identification of mitigation measures to avoid collateral damage (Collateral Damage Estimation - CDE). The required service consists, among other things, of the following work packages: - Development and provision of a corresponding IT service including interfaces to other IT services - Installation and commissioning of hardware and software - Training measures - Creation of documentation - Further development of concepts
