In the context of the development of business parks and residential areas, the ARC carries out the VRD (roads, drainage, electricity) of these zones or plots, thus enabling the sale of serviced land. In parallel and on a permanent basis, the ARC carries out work in relation to networks, connections and VRD as part of its obligations (sewage, drinking water, etc.). Given the occasional needs, the present contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, divided into 5 lots. This framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services, it is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. The complete description of the services, which are the subject of the framework agreement, is indicated in the schedule of unit prices of the relevant lot as well as in the technical specifications of the relevant lot.
