Further development of the Social- and Housing Authority's closely supported start-up process for foster families and adaptation of the associated competency course for family placement consultants to use tsop. 2. Operation of the Social- and Housing Authority's concept for a closely supported start-up process for foster families, including: a. Ongoing organisation and operation of competency courses for family placement consultants to use tsop b. Ongoing evaluation and quality assurance of the competency course and start-up process c. Competency development of already certified family placement consultants or private actors to use the updated material, cf. sub-task 1. d. Hosting and operation of a technical solution that ensures access to teaching materials and general information about tsop.
