Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Improvement system

The agreement concerns the ongoing delivery of software services over the internet (SaaS). The Customer wishes to purchase a solution that supports deviation reporting and case processing, registering measures and follow-up, management reporting, as well as support for learning and improvement (ref. SSA-L Appendix 1, requirements 1.1–1.4). The solution shall be a fully developed, standard off-the-shelf product within the relevant professional domain, ready for use by the Customer upon commissioning.
