The contracting authority wishes to install a current locking and emergency exit control system in five of its buildings. The existing doors are to be replaced with compatible and controllable models and equipped with the necessary emergency exit control. In four of the five buildings, the outdated lighting in the corridors and stairwells is to be replaced with modern models. The specialist planning services for electrical engineering required for the renewal of the emergency exit control and lighting, as well as for the control, are to be provided. The services are to be provided in such a way that the following deadlines are met: - Design planning HU-Bau LP3: May to August 2027. - Execution planning: December 2027 to July 2028. - Execution in four construction sections: May 2028 to March 2029. The construction measures will be carried out in four construction sections. Further details can be found in the scope of services, which is part of the tender documents. All planning and construction supervision services of the specialist planning for electrical engineering required for this purpose are being tendered. The awarding of the required building planning services for buildings will be announced separately. The costs of the construction measure (net) are currently estimated as follows: KG 300: 342,762.00 EUR; KG 400: 1,003,958.50 EUR. Including: Plant group 4: 599,680.00 EUR; Plant group 5: 397,278.50 EUR. The services advertised in the tendering procedure are to be considered as a uniform object from a fee perspective, even if they concern five different buildings; § 11 HOAI does not apply. § 55 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 15 applies to the scope of services. The services are being tendered in phases 3 to 9 according to HOAI. The services corresponding to phases 1 and 2 are to be checked and incorporated. The awarding is done step by step.
