Description

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of reagents and laboratory consumables for the Department of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics in accordance with the technical specification described in the Price List, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. CPV code and name: 33696500-0

DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: The subject of the procurement is divided into groups (by type of reagent) as follows:

Group 1: Reagents for general biochemical and immunochemical tests using an integrated biochemical/immunochemical automated system, PVN: 185,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT)

Description: Fully automated system for measuring analytes in blood, urine and other body fluids. Integrated two analytical units: a unit for biochemical tests (spectrophotometric, immunoturbidimetric and ion-selective analytical methods), and a unit for immunochemical tests (immunochemical analytical methods with labels). Possibility of analyzing capillary and venous samples of peripheral blood and small volumes of secondary samples with minimal dead volume due to the processing of exclusively pediatric samples. Possibility of operation in routine and priority (STAT) mode due to the simultaneous processing of samples of different priority and urgency. Possibility of completing analysis and processing within 60 minutes from sampling (TAT) for all urgent tests. Satisfactory lower limit of linearity for immunoglobulins that enables differentiation of deficiency from normal low concentration of immunoglobulins in early life.

Group 2: Reagents for testing specific allergens and autoimmunity antigens using an integrated automated system, PVN: 325,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT)

Description: Fully automated system for measuring allergy tests and autoimmunity tests in blood. Integrated two analytical principles: for testing the concentration of allergen-specific immunoglobulin E and immunoglobulin G4, and for testing the concentration of autoimmune antibodies, both based on immunochemical analytical methods with labels. In allergy tests, additional possibility of using allergens that are molecular allergen components. Possibility of analyzing small volumes of secondary samples with minimal dead volume due to the processing of exclusively pediatric samples. Satisfactory quantification, calibration according to the WHO standard and lower limit of linearity for specific IgE.
