Max-Planck-Str. 39, 74081 Heilbronn, University, BT E + F, Comprehensive refurbishment + PV system, Architectural services in accordance with Section 3, Section 2 of the HOAI (Landscape Design), Basic Services of Phases 1-9, and the Special Services of Phases 1-4 and 9. Landscape design for the comprehensive refurbishment of two buildings (built 1983/84) at the University of Heilbronn. The new landscape design of the BT E+F buildings is to be integrated into the existing overall landscape of the university. Greening of roof surfaces in combination with PV and technical installations approx. 2,700m². Paths, squares and seating areas approx. 1,700m² Meadow areas approx. 2,100m² Creation of new seating areas in the northern courtyard between the BT E and BT F buildings. As part of the measure, a tree protection concept is to be developed for the duration of the refurbishment measures and coordinated with the other parties involved in the planning. In the courtyard between the BT E and BT F buildings, there is a fountain and seating area (Art in Architecture), which must be integrated into the new outdoor facilities in consultation with the Art Commission. The measure will be carried out in 2 construction phases. Accessibility must be planned so that the individual construction phases can be used independently. As part of the planning, 3 new emergency staircases are to be added to the existing building, for which route connections are to be shown.
