The European Commission, Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture, intends to purchase multimedia equipment and associated services. The equipment includes, but is not limited to, cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and projectors. The associated services include, but are not limited to, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the equipment, as well as training for end-users.

- The latest annual accounts or, where the economic operator is a public body, a statement of the budget for the last financial year

- A statement of the turnover for the last three financial years

The economic operator must provide evidence of its technical and professional ability by submitting:

- A list of the principal supplies delivered or services provided in the last three years, with the quantities, values, and dates of delivery or completion
