A temporary replacement building is to be erected on the property at Erythropelstraße 61 for the Beuthener Straße primary school. The property is within walking distance of the existing school site, allowing for the continued use of the existing sports hall. The space programme for 4-track primary schools without an auditorium or sports hall, as well as a design example, are included in the tender documents. A usage period of approximately 12 to 15 years is anticipated. The interim school is to be constructed using modular hybrid timber construction. The tight site situation requires a 3-storey design. The design example has a gross floor area (GFA) on the ground floor of approx. 1,770 m² and a total GFA of approx. 5,310 m². A turnkey school building in modular hybrid timber construction, including planning services and technical installations in external facilities, is required at a lump-sum fixed price.
