Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Etanercept (ATC: L04AB01)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts according to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Etanercept (ATC: L04AB01) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". By specifying uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or joining of a discount contract according to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has fully completed and signed the requested participation documents.
