France – Auxiliary insurance services – Contrat Collectif de Prévoyance à Adhésion Obligatoire pour les Agents du Conseil Départemental de l'Yonne

In accordance with Law No. 2025-1251 of 22 December 2025 and Decree No. 2022-581 of 20 April 2022, the present contract aims to implement a mandatory participation agreement for the establishment of complementary health insurance for the benefit of the agents of the Conseil Départemental de l’Yonne. The mandatory health insurance benefits are work incapacity and invalidity. The optional health insurance benefits are the risk of loss of retirement and the death benefit. The specific conditions are detailed in Article 7 of the Particular Conditions (CCP).
