WEBCON Lite, WEBCON Core and WEBCON Premium licences with the possibility of demand-driven licence escalation or conversion of Lite licences to Core licences (on premise) - Service Level Agreement - Remote consulting services up to 5 days per year during the first 2 years of the contract period without the right to call in with German-speaking partners. The consulting services include in particular: - Support for configuration and customisation of the WEBCON platform; - Consultation on the design and optimisation of workflows/processes on the platform; - Training and knowledge transfer for administrators and key users of the contracting authority; - Consultation on licence and architectural issues related to the expansion of use. The specific thematic design of the consultation days in each individual case will be agreed between the contact persons of both parties. - Updates - German-language documents and documentation.
