Vatten och Miljöresurs Mitt AB (VMR) procures through an open procedure framework agreements for waste collection vehicles. VMR is responsible for waste collection in its own right in the municipalities of Bergs, Bräcke and Härjedalen and, due to increasing needs, must secure the availability of vehicles for the operation with its own staff and resources. The procurement also includes service and repair within the geographical area of operation. Award is made through renewed competitive tendering.
