Sweden – Time accounting or human resources software package – HR-/Lönesystem

Procurement of an HR/Payroll system in the form of a SaaS solution, following a market analysis (supplier presentations, RFIs and external references), will be handled as two parallel procurements with different contract periods. This procurement concerns the Recruitment process, Staffing and scheduling, Payroll and pensions including time reporting, Payroll review and Rehabilitation (optional). The procuring entities are Alvesta, Högsby, Lessebo, Ljungby, Markaryd, Tingsryd, Uppvidinge, Växjö and Älmhult municipalities and their respective companies and associations. A separate procurement will be carried out for Talent Management with the parts Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Competence, Training and learning and Interview support. The procuring entities are Ljungby and Växjö municipalities and their respective companies and associations.
