The municipality of Leiden intends to award a single integrated framework agreement for public lighting (OVL) through this tender. The scope includes storage and maintenance of OVL and project-based replacements of OVL. For a specific description of the works, reference is made to the tender documents. Storage and maintenance of public lighting

• Corrective and preventive maintenance, including conservation (painting) of cast iron and steel poles.

• Remedying faults in public lighting (fittings, poles, cables, switchgear), both within and outside working hours (24/7).

• Handling via the fault management system MOON or equivalent.

• Response, restoration and reporting times in accordance with the KPIs in the RAW tender documents.

• Securing electrical installations in public spaces at the request of the municipality, police or fire department.

• Incidental replacements of existing OVL.

• Coordination and liaison with third-party orders (utilities and developers).

• Drawing up traffic plans and submitting them to the municipality of Leiden traffic management department. Project-based replacements of public lighting

• Supply, installation, connection and replacement of public lighting (fittings, poles, cables, switchgear).

• Works are carried out within both civil engineering projects and independent OVL projects.

• Execution as a subcontractor for larger infrastructure projects.

• Provision of administrative processing, updating of revision data and registration of changes in the municipal management system.

• Drawing up traffic plans and submitting them to the municipality of Leiden traffic management department.
