The contract's objective is the execution of works for the investment target „LANDSCAPING OF THE «LACUL PEȘTIȘORUL» AGREEMENT AREA, STR. REPUBLICII NR.2, PAȘCANI MUNICIPALITY, IAȘI COUNTY”, SMIS code: 342156, within the North-East Regional Programme 2021–2027, Priority 7 „A more attractive region” — specific objective RSO5.1, intervention code 166 „Protection, development and promotion of cultural heritage and cultural services". Financing contract no. 979. Maximum execution duration: 18 months from the issuance of the Order to Commence. Notes: *) The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification, transmitted within the specified period, by the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. **) There are no restrictions between expenditure chapters or sub-chapters, tenderers having the right and obligation to provide all costs resulting from the quantity lists and from their offer. For chapter 5.1, each tenderer has, on the one hand, the freedom and, on the other hand, the obligation to propose their own costs depending on their own organisation and the requirements of the Award Documents. ***) Tenderers are permitted to use their own transport distances for material resources from suppliers to the site. In the technical proposal, tenderers must indicate the main suppliers as well as the transport distance from them. ****) In the preparation of the tender, the provisions of Order no. 1568/2002 for the approval of the technical regulation „Guideline for the preparation of bills of quantities at the level of categories of works and construction objects for investments made from public funds”, indicative P 91/1-02, are applicable in the sense that the standards from the bill of quantities articles are indicative. Tenderers have full freedom to provide their own consumptions and execution technologies in their tender, with respect to the quantitative and qualitative requirements provided in the technical project, in the Book of Works and in other normative acts in force that regulate the execution of the works” – see Art. 2.2.2
