Description: Construction measure: Ulm, Stuttgarter Straße 199, Wilhelmsburgkaserne - New construction of the real estate access node South (D2). The subject of the service are architectural design services for buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI (2021). The services to be awarded include the basic services of performance levels 1 to 4 (LST 1-4) for the performance phases 2-8 (LPH 5-8) as well as the special services of performance levels 2 and 4. The estimated total construction costs amount to 3.481.200 € gross (estimated costs of cost groups 200-600 according to DIN 276:2018-12). Planning start: 12/2026, construction start: 09/2027, completion: 04/2030. Task description: On the outskirts of Ulm is the Wilhelmsburgkaserne. In the southern area of the site, the new IT real estate node of the BWI (IT service provider of the Bundeswehr) is to be newly constructed. The planning provides for an underground, developable building in which the servers will be set up. The building should adapt to the dimensions of the adjacent planned accommodation buildings and be statically reinforced in such a way that an addition in lightweight construction can be carried out. When implementing the space program, certain dependencies and spatial relationships of various sub-units must be taken into account. In addition, the high technical equipment influences the planning. The construction measure will be carried out in a property of the Bundeswehr within a military security area, for which defense and security-related aspects are decisive. The award procedure will be carried out with particular consideration of the Regulation on the Security of Defense Contracts (VSVgV) and the secrecy and security regulations applicable thereto. All employees of the executing companies as well as the responsible planning offices must be checked according to the Security Screening Act (SÜG) with the level "SÜ2 Sabotage Protection". Participation in the procedure requires the willingness to comply with these regulations.
