Germany – Pollutants tracking and monitoring and rehabilitation services – RV Schadstoff- und Abfallmanagement Technik

Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft BerlinGermanyPublished on Aug 17, 2026
Deadline passed

Description

The AG, as the contracting authority, will carry out construction measures in the coming years, in which activities involving hazardous substances (e.g. asbestos, man-made mineral fibres, PCB, heavy metals, etc.) and subsequent disposal of (hazardous) waste will regularly be carried out. This concerns, for example, renovation and modernisation measures in existing buildings, conversion measures, as well as demolition and new construction projects. The construction projects will be partially carried out by contracting general contractors and partially by awarding individual trades. In addition, the AG purchases various properties, where activities involving hazardous substances may also occur. To ensure that hazardous substances and (hazardous) waste are handled in a professional, compliant, economical and timely manner, the AG operates a hazardous substance management system. Since the AG itself does not have the necessary technical qualifications for such hazardous substance management, the hazardous substance management is to be carried out by external qualified service providers. The actual remediation, transport and disposal work to eliminate hazardous substances and dispose of (hazardous) waste are not the subject of the hazardous substance management. These services, which are to be managed within the scope of the activities tendered here, are provided by third-party service providers of the AG. Further details can be found in particular in the framework agreement including annexes.
