The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of maintenance and development of the Information Point System for Telecommunications. The basic contract includes: 1) System Maintenance Service; 2) Service of creating the PRL Application; 3) Service of implementing Assignments in the amount of 100 man-hours. The contract under the option right: The Purchaser reserves the right to use the option right based on Article 441 of the Act. The contract under the option right includes: 1) System Maintenance Service; 2) Service of migration and expansion of CBO; 3) Service of creating the PIT Map Portal; 4) Service of expanding the PIT API; 5) Service of implementing Assignments in the amount of up to 1000 man-hours. The Purchaser's use of the option right is at its sole discretion and depends on the needs of the Purchaser. The Purchaser reserves the right to implement the contract under the Option Right, in part and to assign only part of it, depending on the needs and financial resources of the Purchaser. In the event that the Purchaser does not use the option right in full, the Contractor will be entitled to remuneration only to the extent indicated by the Purchaser in the statement of use of the option right. The Purchaser reserves the right to implement the contract under the option right for the entire period of the contract implementation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex no. 1 to the Contract Project and Annex no. 5 to SWZ - Contract Project. Based on Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Purchaser envisages the possibility of invalidating the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it. Contract implementation deadline: up to 18 months from the date of signing the contract, including: 1) basic contract up to 6 months from the date of signing the contract but no later than 31.03.2027, 2) contract under the option right up to 18 months from the date of signing the contract but no later than 31.03.2028.
