The basis for this are the BNB target agreements from the needs program and the regulations of the Berlin Administrative Directive Procurement and Environment (VwVBU). As part of the planning, an ecological overall concept with the VPU is to be drawn up and implemented, which fully meets the requirements of the GEG, the EPBD Directive and ecological construction (according to LNB). All necessary evidence and documentation for certification must be provided. This includes, among other things, the design of the energy supply (use of renewable energies, ventilation, cooling, summer heat protection) and rainwater management. In addition, detailed statements on the environmental compatibility of the TGA materials and their recyclability and reusability must be made. The specific assessments for the school building and the sports hall from the final report of the feasibility study must be taken into account.
