Sweden – Chemical products – Upphandling avseende leveranser av Monopropylenglykol (MPG)

The objective of the procurement is to obtain 3 suppliers (if a sufficient number of tenders are submitted) to provide MPG with a minimum concentration of 90% to Kungsängsverket during the contract period. The task is to successively provide Mälarenergi's needs for MPG. However, the demand can vary significantly. The immediate need that Mälarenergi has is 100 tonnes with a minimum 90% MPG concentration for delivery in the month transition between November/December 2026. MPG shall be delivered in 20-35 tonnes per truck. The supplier who is awarded the task regarding delivery in the month transition between November/December 2026 will be automatically assumed as a supplier regarding the provision of MPG during the contract period. The contracting authority will also enter into agreements with the two (2) tenderers who are closest to the winning tender regarding delivery in the month transition between November/December 2026. A maximum of three (3) suppliers will be assumed. Re-tendering during the contract period will occur via renewed competitive tendering.
