France – Miscellaneous transport equipment and spare parts – FOURNITURE DE PIECES DETACHEES DIVERSES D'EQUIPEMENTIERS POUR LES AUTOBUS ET AUTOCARS DE MARQUE IRIZAR DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS (RTM)

The framework agreement must enable the supply of spare parts to ensure the maintenance (curative and preventive) of buses and coaches, compliance with the manufacturer's warranty, and repairs in the event of collisions. The services are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) and its annex, documents attached to the present Public Procurement Notice (PPN). 2/ The present public contract is awarded through a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement as defined in Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. The framework agreement is multi-provider, concluded with two economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of suitable offers received), executed by the issuance of purchase orders, issued as needs arise (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code), according to the cascade allocation modalities defined in the Tender Regulations and the Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC), annexed to the present PPN. 3/ Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over its duration, namely 1,100,000.00 Euros excl. VAT. 4/ This is a public contract for supplies, which refers to the General Administrative Conditions applicable to public contracts for common supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the Order of 30 March 2021. 5/ The duration of the framework agreement is five years from the date of notification.
