The supplier undertakes to deliver to the buyer materials, construction components, and their processing and assembly for a prototype vehicle cabin; for a prototype electric utility vehicle of category N1G (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of purchase") and to transfer ownership of the subject of purchase to the buyer. The vehicle is a prototype intended for the development and verification of technical solutions. The vehicle's homologation is not the subject of this supply and is not required at this stage.
